Proposed use of solar winds and photons for energy generation: a scientific-theoretical analysis

Project summary

This project performs the scientific-theoretical analysis of a new and promising method of generating clean and renewable electricity, using photons and solar winds. In view of the increase in global energy generation and the reduction of environmental impacts during the process, this area of ​​research is necessary and relevant for the future. Thus, it is a space station that manages to capture photons and particles emitted by solar winds, and convert them into electrical energy, for subsequent transport to Earth or space stations. As for photons, there is existing literature on the use of solar sails for their capture, and a graphic simulation and calculations were made for this, showing that two helices is the ideal project. Regarding solar winds, a new proposal is made, both in terms of material and equipment, making use of a one kilometer spiral of copper wire to generate a magnetic field and excessive current, to be used for maintenance of the station and storage. In addition, there are also antennas that fire part of this energy via laser beam to other stations, nearby ships and satellites. The condition of several aerospace projects from countries other than Brazil and their energy matrices was analyzed, verifying the advantages of this generation of clean energy, for countries like China and the USA, as well as the presence of resources and possible uses of certain materials like hafnium and graphene. Therefore, it is considered that it is possible with the existing technology and with the proposal made to achieve an efficient, useful and clean way of generating energy for the future in sufficient quantity for the global population, with production values ​​in the order of 10³³ Joules.
